This department enables students to expand their knowledge in mathematics and its applications throughPrograms are taught in English in cooperation with the Alfred Renyi Mathematics Institute of the HungarianAcademy of Sciences. Renowned foreign mathematicians also frequently visit CEU. Graduates pursuesuccessful careers at universities, research institutes, corporations, banks, governmental and EU institutions.
