Black Sea Facility Management Summer Academy

Black Sea Facility Management Summer Academy (BSFMSA) is the first facility managementacademy, which will take place in Varna, Bulgaria, on September 8- 11, 2011.BSFMSA is aimed at the facility management professionals from Central and SoutheasternEurope. The Academy is designed as a continuing facility management education.

The participantsin the BSFMSA will receive a certificate from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, whichis worldwide known for its expertise in the FM matters.The main topics of the program are as follows: Facility Management Contract management Outsourcing Built Environment management Data and Information management in FM Building enrollment and auditThe main lecturers will be prof. Dr.-Ing. Kunibert Lennerts - the first FM professor in Germany,and Mr. Peter Prischl, CEO of Reality Consult, Austria.During the final day of the event a team workshop will be organized for the participants inthe BSFMSA , which will be evaluated by the lecturers.All the lectures will be only in English.The places for the Academy are limited.
