Our members develop their path in the organization through a learning experience comprising leadership opportunities, international internships and a global learning environment.

Our alumni become leaders within organization and their communities, using the experience, skills and increased vision that AIESEC gave them to be positive agents of change.

Entrepreneurship & Leadership Awards aims to recognize positive leadership demonstrated by our former members after they left the organization.

Through this event we wish to reward the initiative and contribution these alumni had, both in their business and in the society.

We are expecting 250 guests attending the event, representing entrepreneurs , multinationals middle management (Marketing, PR, Communication, HR) and NGOs .
