Papel is a new and innovative software for writers which works in a way that gives the creative side of your mind freedom from any logical tasks.. It's called Papel (Spanish & Portuguese for 'paper') and runs under Windows, allowing you to write intuitively without logical tasks interfering with the flow of your ideas. You create papels in the main project window, name them and set their type, eg., Chapter, Plot Outline, Note, etc. Papels are easily identifiable as each type has it's own icon, and the descriptive name you provided is displayed with it. Having saved your project, the content of all papels is saved into the same folder. Double-clicking a papel opens it for editing, and the content is saved without having to see file dialogs - your papels are saved as text files using the names you gave them. Editing functions include Find & Replace, Word Count, and the Addict 3 Professional Spell Check and Thesaurus (which also allows MS Word dictionaries to be used). Papel allows you to keep track of all the scraps of writing you create along the way, and instantly reminds you of what goes where by the way you group them in your project. Papels can be moved around with your mouse, renamed, and the type changed if you wish. Once everything is ready for publishing, you simply import the text files into your word processor for final formatting to the desired publishing standard Here are some key features of "Papel": Visual on-screen representation of your writing project sections. Saveable default Application and Editor window positions. What's New in This Release: Added a new Compilation pop-up menu for papels. You can now add a single papel, or a linked line of papels from the one you click to the end of the line. Adding a linked line clears the Compilation dialog, and adding single papels just adds them.
