HP HR GlobalFunctions is seeking Interns for our HR Management Associate Program (HR MAP) in Romania.

Studies and Experience required:
- Work experience of at least 1 year in human resources, business, or a related field
- Candidates must have completed or be enrolled in a Master's program or equivalent, in a Business or Human ResourcesResources discipline
- Legal authorization to work in the country of hire – HP will not sponsor candidates for employment visas Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (including English)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proven project management skills
- Business acumen and ability to partner with business leaders to achieve organizational strategies and objectives
- Multicultural exposure would be considered a strong advantage

The aim of the HR MAP Internship Program is to build a solid bench of next generation HR Leaders through a three-month internshipin HP’s HR function.
- Consults with country or regional business and human resources leaders to identify program needs.
· Implements human resources programs to meet business and functional needs.
· Manages the delivery of multiple programs simultaneously across a given geography.
· Communicates Human Resource (HR) policies to business managers and employees; works with business leaders to deliver programs that are aligned with global policies and meet local needs.
