Comercial Assistant

The job is for 24 months determined period. - Ensures the financial success of the customer and Siemens throughout the life-circle of the projects; - Controlling via SAP R/3; - Commercial responsability regarding the stock situation and supervising the deliveries; - Ordering/invoicing/dispatching via SAP R/3; - Supporting role to the BA Head with main focus on logistics, commercial and economic aspects; - Reminders and overview on payment of clients; - Controlling of the invoicing process towards suppliers and accountancy; - Other commercial topics (tender preparation, contracts).

Cerinte

- University degree in Economics,Business Administration; - Supplementary technical knowledge are an advantage; - English - advanced; - German is an advantage; - Min 2 years in a similar position; - SAP knowledge; - Business Administration knowledge; - Excellent MS - Office knowledge; - Travel availability.
