Spare Parts Sales Responsible (agriculture)

Adecco, the worldwide leader in HR solutions is recruiting for one of its clients, a leading company in soil management and drilling (agriculture), a highly professional Spare Parts Sales Responsible

The Spare Parts Responsible is in charge with both the sales/marketing of spare parts as well as the logistics. He/she will be responsible for a stock of parts and will alone handle the sales, storage and distribution matters. We use computer based tools to manage the stock. The Spare Parts Responsible will work with the following activities:

Cerinte

Deciding what parts to keep in stock
Order parts from mother company
Manage the stock of parts, responsible that actual stock matches the figures in the computer
Technical backup on the phone to farmers having problems in order to find the right part
Marketing of spare parts
Sell spare parts to farmers, print and send invoices
Responsible that sales targets according to budget are reached.
Develop distribution solutions for the country allowing quick delivery of parts
Assist the Service Technician in unloading and mounting of machinery.
Assist the Service Technician in taking care of the office/workshop.

Candidate profile
App. 25-45 years old
Calm, patient and stable personality. Thorough individual likes order.
Good technical understanding.
Some understanding of stock control. Can explain how he/she will decide which parts to keep in stock.
Can speak English (must)
Hands on approach, willing to work with his hands.
Regarding location the spare parts manager should live close to the office (Otopeni).
