Programme Description

What is covered in the programme?
IMM trains you to be a marketer. You learn the ins and outs of doing international business and carry out research to find out whether a product has any chance of success abroad. During the first year you will take classes in finance and management, English, and presentation and communication skills. Furthermore, you will attend courses in marketing, law, general economics and statistics.

o What job will it prepare me for?
Graduates in IMM have a range of employment opportunities open to them as Market Researchers, Account Managers, Sales Managers, Product Managers, or Export Managers.

o What about practical experience?
During your work placements you will have the chance to familiarise yourself with the profession and explore your own possibilities. You will be on work placement for six months during the fourth year.

o What kind of diploma will I receive?
Upon successful completion of the IMM programme you will be awarded the title Bachelor of Commerce.

o What is so special about this programme?
You will study amongst other international students and work on joint projects. If you like, you can take third and fourth-year courses at universities in Switzerland, Belgium, Canada and many other countries.
