    Programme Description

    As a Master´s student in Biomedical Sciences, you will undergo broad personal and scientific development. Are you interested in infectious diseases and do you want to gain a deeper understanding of how our immune system works? Then you can take both these specializations. Does your scientific interest lie in cardiovascular diseases and your professional ambition in policy-making? Again, you can combine the two.

    Job prospects

    Your job prospects are excellent with a Master´s degree in Biomedical Sciences. Sixty per cent of our graduates enter scientific research. But if you take the Social specialization, it is more likely that you will find work involving policy-making. Taking the Education specialization almost certainly means you will go into teaching. And the Communications specialization opens up opportunities as a scientific journalist, press officer or education officer.
