This master´s programme is focused on political, economic and cultural influences on individuals´ and societies´ relationships with food and drink.

It examines the consequences of our food and drink choices, and the case for ethical models of food and drink production, supply and consumption. In this context students explore the impact of social class and inequality, the quest for sustainable food systems, food crises, gender, literature, the media, and international travel.

It is a distance learning course suitable for those working in food and drinks professions, those with relevant work experience, and those who aspire to careers in this field.
