The principal goal of this program is to educate scholars who will become faculty members in leading international business schools or universities.
It is focused on quality (max. 3 students recruited per year, per concentration) and ensures the research production of students through high-quality supervision and training.
It is a 4 to 5-year program: the first two years consist of courses, seminars plus joint research projects with faculty members and ends with a comprehensive examination. The remaining 2 or 3 years are devoted to dissertation work.
The production and co-production of rigorous, high impact research is one of the requirements of the program, making Ph.D graduates highly attractive on the academic job market.
Four concentrations are proposed to prospective students: 1) Marketing, 2) Organizational Theory and Human Resources Management 3) Strategy and Management of Innovation and 4) Finance.
