The PhD specialisation in Marketing is an international programme designed to train students to become successful marketing researchers at leading research institutions around the world. Students are trained by a world class faculty conducing cutting-edge research.
The four-year doctoral specialisation in marketing is designed to produce graduates that are able to contribute to the advancement of marketing theory and practice. The programme focuses on developing the doctoral students´ theoretical knowledge and methodological skills required to become successful marketing researchers.
The department seeks students with a strong background in disciplines that are fundamental to marketing such as economics, psychology and sociology, who are intellectually curious, interested in an academic career in research and teaching, and who possess strong communication and analytical skills. It is expected that graduates of the programme will be placed at other leading research institutions.
