5th Lower Saxony International Summer Academy (LISA) in Immunology

Target group
LISA recruits students at the Bachelor and Master levels in the life sciences and medicine who demonstrate a strong interest in immunology. The number of awards is limited to 50, of which 40 are reserved for international students. Travel awards are available for all international students.
Course aim
The program should equip the students with a sound basis of immunological knowledge and seeks to inspire talented individuals to pursue research careers in immunology. They will be exposed to the many training opportunities and avenues for scientific growth available through the Hannover Biomedical Research School, but also will get acquainted with Germany and Europe in general as attractive destinations for training in research.

6 ECTS ECTS points are awarded according to the length of attendance:2 weeks correspond to 4 ECTS3 weeks correspond to 5 ECTS4 weeks correspond to 6 ECTS
Fee info
EUR 100: The students are required to pay 100 EUR per week. The minimum length is 2 weeks, consisting of 1 week of lectures and 1 week of laboratory training. The students have the option to extend the course for up to two weeks to attend additional laboratory rotations.
