Undergraduate and graduate students majoring in food engineering, food technology, chemistry, chemical engineering, agricultural engineering .
Course aim
Participants will be able to practice production of fruit juice and ready canned foods such as cherry,tomato juice, beans , jams, marmalate etc. They will also be able to perform quality control analyses of products
