Applied Training on Fruit and Ready Canned Foods Processing

Within 2 weeks, participants will be able to comprehend the basics of fruit juice and canned food processing technologies. They will be able to practice production of fruit juice and ready canned foods such as cherry,tomato juice, beans , jams, marmalate etc. They will also be able to perform quality control analyses of products. Also, technical visits will be paid to fruit-vegetable processing companies such as canning, fruit juice, drying, tomato paste, etc.

Undergraduate and graduate students majoring in food engineering, food technology, chemistry, chemical engineering, agricultural engineering .
