This summer university, organized by CIFE (Centre international de formation europ%C3%A9enne) takes place in Tblisi, Georgia from 20th to 26th July 2015. About 30 international students can learn about geopolitical importance of the Wider Black Sea Area, its prospects and challenges with its neighbours and the European Union on the political and economical arena. The students are taught by international experts on this field.The working language is English.Programme of the 2015 edition - Wider Black Sea region in the Global context,- The EU and gropolitics of the Black Sea,- the Role of international organisations,- Geopolitics of energy: resources, pipelines, markets,- The energetic transition,- Security threats and territorial conflicts: the case of Georgia,- Transportation and logistics in the Wider Black Sea area.

Eligibility- Graduate Students- Motivated young researchers- Undergraduate Students interested in European subjects (from 2nd year of studies onwards)

Course aim
The CIFE Summer University is known for its level of excellence, the high level of both academic speakers and practitioners and the active involvement of the participants to all discussions and debates. This outstanding experience will undoubtly provide the participants with interesting exchange and mutual learning, deep EU expertise and relevant output for their CV.
