The course includes four sections:- Foundations of luxury management: overview of business models, tools and processes used to create a distinctive and unique luxury positioning- Best practices in luxury segments of fashion and accessories, food and beverage, cosmetics and perfumes, jewelry and watches, yachts, automotive, hospitality industries- Implementing sustainable growth strategies- Orchestrating a global luxury brand

Target group
Application is open to students enrolled in Bachelor programs. The basics of Business Administration or Management are required.

Course aim
The course introduces key strategic and managerial topics in Luxury Business with the aim of unveiling the magic alchemy among product, distribution and communication needed to succeed. As luxury positioning is transversal among industries, the course will also provide basic knowledge on the specifics of key product/service categories such as fashion and leather accessories, food and beverage, cosmetics and perfumes, jewelry, yachts, automotive, hospitality providing the students with a knowledge kit to understand the future trends of these segments. Particular attention will be given to the impact of structural economic, global, social and technological changes that are reshaping the competitive environment of Luxury industries.
