This course aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the highly dynamic global economy, offering professionals and highly-skilled students advanced training in the specialized areas of which it is composed. The University of Barcelona serves as a hub for the dissemination of the tools covered during the course.Participants will develop a greater awareness of the importance of internationalization, learn to use International networking case studies' tools, and acquire the skills to use a flow studies' tool to define the world's economy.BRICS is the acronym used for a group of five major emerging national economies, Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, which are a crucial part of the global economy. The main aim of the course is to familiarize students with the phenomena occurring in these countries, as a means of defining the economy trajectory of these nations and contemporary economic policy.This course is the third and final part of a series of complementary courses, which provide students with a greater understanding of international economic relations in an increasingly globalized world, focusing specifically on the international economic arena.
