calendar_month 29 Iul 2015, 00:00
Leaders not only make choices, in the end they are their choices. What critical choices do they make? For example, what explains the choice to accept or reject a specific role, task and responsibility? How does one make the implicit or explicit choice to stay with the same organization or corporation? In which situations does one decide to speak up, against prevailing opinions, trying the make the un-discussable discussable? How does one act in times of crisis and conflict? The way leaders behave (stepping forward, backward, escape, ask for help, etc.) is not random. It is shaped both by contextual factors and by essences of one%E2%80%99s personal history and biography. This relates leadership to aspects of identity and values, driving how leaders behave, deal with risks and emotional and ethical truth. How can leaders by becoming more self-aware, authentic and courageous, learn to make better choices? Better for others, better for themselves.Date and timeJune 30, 2015 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
