The program aims to invite students of different backgrounds (psychology, legal studies, criminology and sociology), who are interested in the interrelatedness of crime, law and psychology and are willing to combine a challenging academic environment with the holiday excitement.Students will not only have an opportunity to listen to professors from the UK%E2%80%99s best Universities, but will also share their ideas and interests with practitioners during guest lectures and site visits. Last, but not least the participants will have a chance to meet new friends and explore the magnificence of Prague during special events organized by the staff.

Target group
Young academic professionals who are currently students of either undergraduate or graduate degrees in any relevant academic programmes.

Course aim
The aim of the program is to provide students with a unique opportunity to deepen their knowledge on the role of psychological knowledge in the criminal justice system by listening to professors from the UK's best universities and to engage in interactive debates with guest lectures, practitioners and fellow students. By participating in CLP, students will benefit not only from enhancing their intellectual resources, but also from sharing ideas with other students during the class discussions and various social events. Exposure to intercultural experience is also a key element of the program.

Credits info
Our programs have full accreditation from the Czech Ministry of Education. If you wish to receive credits for attending a summer school, you need to negotiate the amount of credits with your university. In the past many students have counted our programs towards their degree.

Fee info
EUR 680: Early bird applications until January 31, 2015. EUR 750: Final application deadline is until April 30, 2015 for applicants who submit their applications after January 31, 2015.
