This course will guide students in analysing their experience through careful observation of the multiple cultural contexts they will experience in the classroom and in the outside world (e.g. academic environment, city environment, business environments).

Course aim
Critical to effective management in international and multi-cultural business environments is an understanding of cultural differences and how to manage such differences. Strategies for managing cultural differences are also evaluated. The subject is explored from an internal perspective as well as from an external perspective, looking at issues within the company as well as issues between the multinational company and its host environment.
