Oxford Summer College is a two week university preparation course held in the heart of Oxford. Students at Oxford Summer College opting for the English Literature course study texts written in English, in the United Kingdom. The course covers English Language and theory as well as significant texts from English Literature. Students are encouraged to challenge their preconceptions of genre and form and engage in close reading and practical criticism to an undergraduate level. Course aim
The course aims to give students an insight into undergraduate study of Literature. It involves textual analysis of a range of different mediums and discussion of important themes within their historical and cultural context.

GBP 3995: The course fee covers all tuition, accommodation and meals in Pembroke College. It also covers all activities, excursions included in the course and airport transfers between Oxford and London. Flights to and from London are not included.
