This course examines the nature of culture and how this shapes the way peoplecommunicate in personal and professional contexts.

Course aim
Students will: Explain the impact of cultural diversity on communication in a range of personal andprofessional settings Define and correctly apply key concepts and theories to the analysis of interculturalcommunication scenarios Develop an effective intercultural communication plan that applies the concepts andtheories studied in the course
