How do you communicate successfully in intercultural contexts at work? We will analyse the barriers to effective intercultural communication and focus on suitable behaviours and attitudes to overcome these barriers. We will explore face-to-face and technology-mediated forms of communication (email) and learn how to avoid intercultural misunderstandings by using simple tools.
