Target group
Anyone above 18 years of age by the time of the courseAnyone with intermediary level of English.A laptop or tablet are useful in order to be able to pass class assignments.
Course aim
After completion of the course you should have acquired knowledge about the concept of culture, cultural elements and cultural analysis as well as an understanding of cultural significance for all forms of communication. Furthermore you will have acquired the skills to apply cultural knowledge in relation to a given company and be able to offer practice-oriented solutions to cultural conflicts that might occur in a multicultural company. Credits info
1 ECTS You will receive an official Certificate of Attendance upon completion of your course which you may use to show evidence of the skills you have learnt during the course and have the credits accepted by your home university. If you enroll on UCN you will have the credits accepted based on fullfilling all class assignments set by the lecturer.
Fee info
EUR 220: Course fee. Course fee does not include 50EUR Application fee for all registered after 15.5.2015.All courses take place in a new building of University of Split Library. EUR 170: Accommodation fee for a 7night stay at dormitory Spinut in Split (belongs to University of Split). Full board is just 10EUR/day. Everyday afternoon or evening activities organized - sports, weekend trips, parties etc.
