The Leiden Academic Centre for Drug Research (LACDR) hosts the International Summer School of Bio-Pharmaceutical Sciences (BPS) for talented future master students. During the course, participants will be provided a comprehensive overview of our excellent Master program and of the research performed within the three research clusters, Drug & Target Discovery, Systems Pharmacology, and BioTherapeutics of the LACDR (see below for details). Target group
The summer school is open to talented, driven and curious 3rd year bachelor students or equivalent interested in a Master's programme at a world-class research institute in drug discovery and development.

Course aim
The aim of the Summer School is to provide an opportunity to obtain hands-on experience with the international competitive level of research that is performed at LACDR. The interactive program offers a unique opportunity to meet the researchers of the LACDR and interact with students currently enrolled in the Master program Bio-Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Credits info
After successful completion of the Summer School participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

Fee info
EUR 150: The fee for participation includes tuition, study materials, welcome reception and farewell dinner.

Scholarships
The LACDR is offering up to five scholarships of 500 for the best students enrolling in the Summer School with serious interest in applying for the master program Bio-Pharmaceutical Sciences.
