Course aim
By the end of the module the successful student will be able to:Demonstrate an understanding of the nature of the institutions of the English legal system and the roles of actors within the system;Demonstrate an understanding of sources of law and how it is made and developedEstablish a research strategy that encompasses the identification and selection of a range of authoritative and reliable materials;Demonstrate the ability to work under direction and take responsibility for their own work in an adaptable and reflective manner;Evidence effective communication of outcomes in an appropriate format;

7.5 ECTS Each Summer School module is worth 15 UK credits. Official Transcripts are provided at the end of the course.
