This course will explore theory and practice relating to successful leadership, finding your leadership style, leading in a cross-cultural organisation, and identifying and countering toxic leadership. We will then consider leadership and team-building as it relates to project management, and conclude with developing strategies to successfully run a project of any type and size from start.
