On this course you learn about managing innovation, being entrepreneurial, and what organisations are looking for in the next generation of business and social enterprise leaders. Get hands on practice with some project management and behavioural economics tools and techniques driving innovative products and services. Understand current and future issues, challenges, and opportunities reshaping commercial and non-profit management practices in a world of digital disruption and constant change.
