Oxford Summer College is a two week university preparation course held in the heart of Oxford. At Oxford Summer College, we run a course in the Natural Sciences, one of the three major divisions of science; the other two are the Formal Sciences and the Social Sciences. Natural Sciences include chemistry, biology, earth sciences and physics. Students on the course will get an introduction into the broad range of topics covered by the Natural Sciences as well as covering some basic mathematics. There will also be a practical experience for the students, led by one of our tutors in an Oxford University laboratory. Target group
Student aged 16 - 19 who are considering a degree in a field of science at a leading university.

Course aim
The range of topics will help students identify where their passion for science lies and the mix of classroom based and laboratory based learning will develop important, transferable skills.

Fee info
GBP 3995: The course fee covers all tuition, accommodation and meals in Pembroke College. It also covers all activities, excursions included in the course and airport transfers between Oxford and London. Flights to and from London are not included.
