Operational Excellence- Managing Global Supply Chains the German Way is a two-week summer school with courses like "Future Supply Chain Management", "German Way of Operational Excellence" and "Doing Business in Germany" and company visits in and around Munich in the first week. In the second week a 4-day tour will take the students to different "champions" (leading companies in their business sector) in different parts of southern Germany. During the company visits the participants will have the opportunity to see selected levers for Operational Excellence at work, and will discuss company-specific topics with the managers in charge.

The summer school is designed for advanced undergraduate and postgraduate business students (please see our website for more information).

Course aim
The participants will get an insight into several companies and learn about their sucessful methodsin the area of supply chaing management. The courses, company visits and the broad and attractive cultural program offers a unique summer school experience.

EUR 1695: Program fee 1.695 Euros covering tuition for all courses, company visits (incl. transfers), the official cutural and social program, free internet access at the university and a welcome package. Accomodation is not included.
