School of Advanced Diplomatic Skills

The School of Advanced Diplomatic Skills is a weeklong course designed for young and mid-career professionals from the international business, diplomatic and third sector. The Advanced School builds on previously acquired soft skills and presents an expanded set of topics that are designed to further prepare participants for the challenges and rigors of diplomacy, international business and working in multinational organizations in the 21st century. Participants will engage in 34-hours of simulations, workshops and lectures.

Target group
Experienced professionals looking to develop their set of soft skills further.Graduates of the EAD's School of Fundamental Diplomatic Skills, European Diplomacy Workshop, or Academy of Young Diplomats

Course aim
The program, building on participants' previous trainings and experience, provides them with extensive knowledge and set of advanced soft skills, including public speaking, multilateral negotiations, team building & management, strategic planning, e-Diplomacy & working with social media and advanced diplomatic protocol & etiquette. SADS provides the participants with networking opportunities with professionals and peers from the international community.

Fee info
EUR 335: The fee covers participation, meals, materials, certificates. EUR 535: The fee covers participation, meals, materials, certificates and accommodation.
