The course includes three sections:- overview of current economic and cultural environment of sport organizations and analysis of existing business models;- analysis of economic results and value creation in sports organizations;- organizational structures, organizational capabilities and best practices in human resources management in sport organizations.

Course aim
The course is dedicated to the analysis of management issues and value creation mechanisms in sports organizations. The intersection of three value dimensions in sports organization sport, economic and social is analyzed from the point of view of sustainable business and organizational models adapted by modern sports organizations.
