Course aim
Each week of this summer school course will highlight a specific subject explored by the lecturers. Week 1 will be taught by Cornelia Schultheiss and deals with interculturality. After a short introduction to culture and interculturality, her lectures, seminars and training will focus on the transfer of knowledge of German concepts within the mind-life and working cultures. Find out more about German "Pnktlichkeit" and learn to enjoy international teams. Week 2 will be conducted by Dr. Martin Bckstiegel and targets leadership skills as well as project and self-management know-how and communication (inner and outer). Dr. Bckstiegel will introduce participants to basic leadership tools and work on their ability to successfully communicate with others. Self-reflection, self and team-management will also be discussed. Week 3 is led by Daniela Rudzki and will focus on change. She will introduce participants to change-management and explain what the challenge of change and growth means and how it can be affected or has an effect. The program will also include project work and reflection tasks.

5 ECTS 5 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) for the Summer School or 6 ECTS if booked along with the optional German language course.

EUR 1850: The fee includes: the Summer School academic program, the career week and some extracurricular activities. Optional German language course not included (560 Euros)
