In order to make the transformation towards a sustainable society happen, it is crucial for future decision makers to learn about key sustainability issues in an integrated and systemic way. This is the core vision of YES.Now, myclimate brings the YES courses back to Switzerland where all started 14 years ago. From 25th January to 7th February 2015, participants from all regions and disciplines will gather in Z%C3%BCrich and Interlaken for the first YES course in 2015.Do you want to enhance your skills in addressing environmental, economic, social & technological challenges? Do you want to work together with top experts from practice and academia? Target group
The course ist directed to graduate students and young professionals from all disciplines and countries engaged in industries, businesses, professional associations, think-tanks, public administrations, academic institutions, international organisations, and NGO.Admission Criteria:Participants must be enrolled in a Master or PhD program (undergraduates: 3rd year minimum) or have relevant experience in the field. Furthermore, you are welcome to apply if you are proficient in English, between 21 and 34 years of age and if you demonstrate a high dedication to sustainability.

3 ECTS This couse is equivalent to 3 ECTS credits (ask your institution for recognition).

Fee info
CHF 950: Tuition for students is CHF 950.--. There is a discount of 20% for participants from non-OECD countries, plus an additional discount of 15% for YES alumni (five reserved places).Tuition fee is considerably subsidized by partners. It covers accommodation, meals, local transport, activties and materials, as well as YES Alumni membership.Participants are responsible for organising their travel to Zrich as well as for any possible visa and insurance fees. There are no scholarships for travel expenses available.Please refer to the course website for more information on the combo offer with the oikos Young Scholars Entrepreneurship Academy (additional discount of 20%). CHF 1700: Tuition for working participants is CHF 1.700.--. Same discounts and conditions as for student prices apply.
