Course aim
Young Potentials is an initiative that was founded in 2012 with the mission to try to bridge the gap between the theoretical education at universities and the business world, focused on practical knowledge and skills. Where other courses for students are mostly focused on theory, at Young Potentials we work with real business knowledge and trainers with experience in top companies. They will make you acquainted with all the secrets that the business world has to offer. Most of our trainings are given in Dutch but we also provide some trainings in English. As of 2014 we became the largest independent Young Potentials network in Belgium, giving intensive trainings to more than 1500 Young Potentials and an indirect online network of 35 000 Young Potentials on Facebook, LinkedIn, e-mail database and other Social Media channels. Our key differentiator is that our trainers and coaches are having 2-6 years experience in top companies and therefore are still closely connected to world of our Young Potentials and in the best position to give them advice on the application process, soft skills and technical skills. We are every day extending our concepts and services and try to serve the needs of the Young Potentials anno 2015. Next to our concepts and services we also provide tailored advice and workshops for individuals but also for companies and schools.
