CONCURS PENTRU TINERI: FESTIVAL OF STUDENT THEATRE AND MULTIMEDIA

We are happy to invite all interested artists and artistic groups working on universities to suggest their works and projects for Test!
The 9th Festival of Student Theatre and Multimedia Test! will take place from March 30th till April 5th in Zagreb, Croatia. It will consist of theatre, multimedia and music programme, various workshops and discussions.
The theme of the upcoming festival is communication.
The development of the growing technical, media, sensor and multisensor structures, systems and languages provided as communication "tools", has motivated us to study and question their extensions, possibilities and boundaries. We would also like to inquire relations between specific communication systems, their differentiations and incompatibilities as well as the by-products that are results of this relations.
The theme of the festival is not of constraining nature but is ment to animate and inspire your projects that are in process of creation. The main criteria for the selection will be, as in the previous years, the quality of the work, dedication to explore your own creative potential and social engagement inherent to artistic creations of students (youth).
Terms of application:
It is possible to apply with theatre plays, performances (performing arts) and multimedia projects (photography, drawing, painting, film, video, animation, cyber art, public art, urban intervention, happening, action, sound). Participants can be students, young non afirmated artists, professionals or amateurs. The application has to inclose the following:

THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS IS December 15th 2008 (postal stamp).
Organizer will provide accommodation, food, city transport, spatial and technical terms necessary for performing program and fun.
Participants are expected to cover the travel expenses as well as the expenses of transport of artworks or scenography.
