The Journalism Internships are an excellent opportunity to spend the summer in a newsroom, writing and reporting for a daily paper.

The internship program provides a general stipend, housing allowance, and travel allowance. More important, it provides real experience through reporting assignments and critical writing tools and evaluations. Interns this summer averaged 30 clips. The deadline for early decision is November 1.

If your interest is in broadcast journalism, we offer hands-on internships with an experienced producer at a major media network or news production house. Last year we sponsored internships at CNN in Atlanta, ABC’s "20/20" in Manhattan, and Fox News in Los Angeles, among others. Spring, summer and fall placements are available.
