This conference is, in fact a competition open to all college students, each representing a country in one of the UN Committees

simulated in this conference. All participants, which are expected to be around 235, will be known as delegates, and will receive acertificate of participation and can also win the "best diplomacy award".

There will be no fee for this conference. The countries to be represented will be assigned in order of the applications, provided

that the candidates are qualified.
