We invite you to attend Economic Growth - 2008 and submit proposals for papers, panels, roundtables, and workshops.
The main theme of the 3rd international conference organized by the Azerbaijan State Economic University is Economic Growth and it had its successful prehistory (Economic Growth-2004 and Economic Growth-2006).
The conference aim is to realize the exchange of ideas and cases between students of economics and related fields. The problem of economic growth is considered wider that traditional approach. It includes regional development, social and political problems, international economic relations, tourism development, globalization, world economy, as well as methodology and methods.
The Conference is organized by Azerbaijan State Economic University (ASEU), as leading University in the field of economics.

Deadline for Proposals and abstracts: October 30, 2008
Registration and proposals (abstracts and papers) can send via our Conference web-site and e-mail: eg2008@aseu.az or directly at ASEU, EG-2008, Organizing Committee (Istiqlaliyyat, 6, room 123)
The size of full text of Paper not exceed the 10 A4 pages (Times Roman New 12p., space indent 1.5). Abstracts and papers have to be presented in English. Only students (undergraduate and graduate) can take part in the Conference.
All papers and abstracts must be written in English and then will be published in printed form and on CD. Working languages - English and Azerbaijan.
The conference venue is in Baku, at the main building of Azerbaijan State Economic University (Baku, Istiqlaliyyat 6).
