We are happy to announce that the Global Trainee Program application period has started.
It`s an exciting and unique opportunity for young talented and ambitious people, who are ready to take on challenging positions early in their career and aim to become top managers in future. This program, first started 16 years ago, gives future leaders the opportunity to learn and grow within our fast-paced business. We have many top managers across the world, who were part of Global Trainee Program. As finalists, you will get and insight into every aspect of our business and hands-on experience.

We are looking for graduates of 2009, and/or with no more than 2 years of experience after graduation.
The requirements are:
- Bright and motivated persons looking for a challenging experience in a global and fast-paced environment;
- Proven leadership skills;
- Fast learner with strong critical judgment and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication and networking skills;
- Willing to travel and interested in an international career;
- Fluent English.
Deadline for applications is January 31, 2009.
The Global Trainee Program starts in August 2009 .
Upon completing training period, Global Trainees will be appointed to a local project management and specialist roles.
