As part of the Training Center Program, AIESEC Summer School aims to focus on developing several professional skills required for students in order to acquire better access in the business environment.

* how to identify the target for each promotion campaign
* how to run and interpret a research campaign for a PR company
* objectives and strategies of a PR campaign
* mass- media approach. creating and maintaining a network of contacts amongst journalists
* PR campaign efficiency evaluation
* mass-media monitoring
* cost, efficiency and specificity of the diverse means of communication
* best practices case study
* avoiding mistakes in marketing and PR campaigns
* creating and diseminating clear and powerful messages
* promotion instruments and the marketing mix
3. Human Resources
* building a competency model, job description, application form
* recruitment and selection
* interviewing + simulations
* induction process after joining the team
* Coaching and Mentoring
* performance appraisal for employees
The sessions will be held by experienced trainers from big players on the Bucharest market and also by some of the most experienced trainers in AIESEC Bucharest, who will give you an insight on the recruitment process.
