Target group
The certificate program in Global Business and Commercial Law is essentially geared to students interested in careers as law, government, business and finances, trade and international organizations.

Course aim
The program is designed for those who are interest in the European Union, cultural aspects, institutions and processes, also the program is design for improve the language skill of the students in a foreign language (English) The purpose of the Summer School is to foster the practical application of knowledge derived from lectures, to develop organizational and team-work skills and to encourage creativity.

International Business Strategy: 6 ECTS (50 hours)This course analyses how multinational firms leverage their capabilities and competencies to create competitive advantages in international and global markets. Topics include assessing foreign market attractiveness; understanding the impact of differences in legal, cultural, political and economic regimes, evaluating international political and economic risks, building and operating global networks, including entry mode choice, understanding how managers design organizational architecture and implement internal control and incentive mechanisms; and assessing the challenges of global citizenship, ethical behavior and social responsibility for international business.2.- Doing Business in the EU: 6 ECTS (50 hours)This course prepares students for doing business in the European economies. The economies of European countries are growing rapidly and Europe is consolidating as one of the key drivers of global economic growth. The aim of this course is to understand the environmental and organizational issues confronting firms doing business in Europe.
