The International Summer School at the University of Sussex welcomes hundreds of international students each summer from mid-June until mid-August. You can study with us for either four or eight weeks and choose from more than 65 courses in the humanities, sciences and social sciences.

As a student at Sussex you will experience one of the most exciting campuses in the UK, with distinguished faculty, well-equipped laboratories, and a fine library. You will live and learn with students from around the world, earn college credit, and benefit from experiencing a different academic and cultural environment. The Summer School organises a number of social events, trips and films. You will be able to enjoy the exciting seaside resort of Brighton, the beautiful Downland countryside surrounding the University campus, and London is under an hour away by rail.
