Costs & Expenses
Basic Fee
The basic fee includes:
# issuing a letter of invitation (needed for obtaining Russian visa)
# accommodation (double room in a dormitory)
# academic fee and study materials
# company visits and enterprise forums
# city tour and boat trip
# welcome party and gala evening.

Accompanying person
The costs for an accompanying person are 500 EURO and include
# issuing a letter of invitation (needed for obtaining Russian visa)
# accommodation (double room in a dormitory)
Discounts
Fees are due at latest on June 10th, 2008. A discount of 100 euro is given to those having a voucher of the former participant. In the case of not having this voucher a 15% discount is available to those having been accepted and paid before April 10th 2008. Discount is also given for the group of 4 students or more.
Other Expenses
The costs for transportation to and from Saint Petersburg, daily expenses are not included in the Basic fee.
Payment
After your application has been approved, you will receive an invoice. Please make sure that you cover all bank charges related to its payment.
Cancellation
The fee for cancellation made prior to June 10th is 150 EUR. After June 10th, 2008 no fees are refundable. Fees paid for one summer session cannot be transferred to another year.
