In perioada 03 - 08 octombrie 2008 ICR Viena va organiza cea de a doua editie a festivalului de jazz "hotROMania". Ca si editia din 2007, festivalul va avea loc in doua locuri de referinta pentru Viena: astfel, concertele de deschidere si inchidere a festivalului vor avea loc pe scena salii radio (ORF Radiokulturhaus) iar concertele din perioada 04 - 07 octombrie vor avea loc pe scena clubului Porgy & Bess.
