Workshops on Evidence-Based Treatments: What Research Tell Us About Which Interventions Work with Which Problems

This three-day series of six workshops will be concerned with what the research tells us about the specific clinical interventions that are effective in treating specific psychological disorders. These workshops are designed to provide participants with specific clinical skills and strategies that can be immediately useful in clinical practice. The intended audience includes people who are engaged in the practice of clinical psychology and related fields and students who soon will be in practice, including licensed psychotherapists and counselors, psychotherapists and counselors in training, and people who train and supervise psychotherapists and counselors.

The workshops are being organized by Dr. James Maddux of George Mason University in the United States.

The on-site coordinators are Psychology and Educational Sciences Faculty members.
