Research and learning activities will be coordinated by the three universities involved.
The main research subjects are as follows:
- Analysis and history of buildings and their urban context, with particular attention to economic aspects, construction and appearance as well as intended uses;
- The system of the arts, collecting, exhibitions and museology in ancient, medieval, modern and contemporary times;
- The historic-cultural and environmental heritage in terms of its documentary, iconographic and multimedia aspects along with the analysis of the materials and artefacts involved;
- Analysis and history of musical, theatrical and film production;
- Multimedia applications for the promotion of local art heritage;
- The contemporary system of art and performance art production, and the transformation of the practices, exhibition and fruition of these arts.
