Senior Adviser (35 hrs)

We are seeking to appoint a Senior Adviser to engage in and promote the use of evidence in HE learning and teaching practice and policy, and to support the National Teaching Fellowship Scheme. This will involve working internally across the organisation and with a wide range of Academy stakeholders.
You will work with the Assistant Directors for the Evidence-Informed Practice (EIP) team, and the Raising the Status of Teaching Team. You will lead on the development and delivery of key areas including use of student experience data for enhancement purposes at both institutional and disciplinary levels (e.g. the NSS, PRES and PTES), and the National Teaching Fellowship Scheme (NTFS).
You will have substantial experience of working within the HE sector, the ability to engage in, and facilitate collaborative development work within and beyond the Academy. You will also have experience of making a contribution to research into HE pedagogic development, practice or policy.
