Research project in reaction kinetics and transport phenomena in porous materials
You will be employed for a 3-year period in the challenging scientific environment of Group Research & Development and DTU (Technical University of Denmark) both located close to Copenhagen, Denmark.
ROCKWOOL International A/S offers the right candidate a 3-year Industrial PhD scholarship. The research project will focus on mathematical modelling of complex reaction kinetics, flow and energy transport in connection with the curing of binders for fireproof insulation materials. You will rely on laboratory and full-scale industrial experiments to support the developments and verify your findings. The project is an Industrial PhD in collaboration with the Danish Polymer Centre, Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering at DTU.
