Functieomschrijving
This project is partly funded by ProRail, which is responsible for maintaining the rail infrastructure in The Netherlands. The aim is to develop and test new strategies that provide the best service (i.e. availability of the infrastructure) at the lowest possible cost. In particular, corrective or preventive maintenance operations for some discipline by a certain contractor offer opportunities for other disciplines and/or contractors to carry out operations as well, without causing (considerable) additional disturbances to the rail schedule.
